What you will do
In deinem sechsmonatigen Praktikum erhältst du umfassende Einblicke in das kanalübergreifende Shopper & Customer Marketing Central der tesa Consumer Management Unit. Dabei wirkst du aktiv in der Betreuung unserer Handelspartner aus Baumarkt, LEH, PBS sowie dem professionellen Handwerk mit. Was dich erwartet:

Dabei wirkst du aktiv in der Betreuung unserer Handelspartner aus Baumarkt, LEH, PBS sowie dem professionellen Handwerk mit. Was dich erwartet:
- Mitarbeit in kanalübergreifenden Trade‑Marketing‑ und Shopper‑Projekten
- Entwicklung & Umsetzung von Kommunikations‑ und Werbemaßnahmen für Handelspartner und Konsumenten
- Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen über alle Kanäle
- Durchführung von Markt‑, Shopper‑ und Wettbewerbsanalysen inkl. Ableitung von Empfehlungen
- Mitarbeit bei Promotions, POS‑Tools und Abverkaufsmaßnahmen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung digitaler Inhalte (CMS)
- Erstellung & Adaption von Präsentationen, Umsatz‑/Absatzanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Messe‑ und Eventvorbereitungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Agenturen Übernahme eigener (Teil-)Projekte
- Studium im fortgeschrittenen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bachelor oder Master
- Erste praktische Marketing‑Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Gutes Marken‑ und Trendgespür sowie eine konzeptionelle Stärke
- Analytische Fähigkeiten & strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kommunikationsstärke & Proaktivität
- Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse (v. a. PowerPoint & Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
