Your Role

  • Execute daily operational tasks, including processing, monitoring, and administering transactions across the entire lifecycle of credit products (including BNPL, Trade Finance, Credit Card, etc.) and deposit products.
  • Act as a key support contact for internal teams (e.g., Product, Credit Risk).
  • Prepare basic operational reports, metrics, and performance dashboards under supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating operational process documentation.
  • Support the identification and initial investigation of operational process errors, seeking guidance from senior team members for resolution.

  • Currently enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or relevant administrative experience in a financial services setting is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., basic SQL) or process modeling is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English. German fluency advantageous.
  • Eager to apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
