Your Role

  • Perform quality checks as part of the Quality Assurance for Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Operations.
  • Support in delivering an efficient training material, training plan and training experience for external and internal new hires within Solaris Operations.
  • Support in the maintenance of training content.
  • Perform the Quality checks and analyze the results of Quality Assurance for new hires for a special project.
  • Suggest improvement plan and remediation actions when required, including delivering of any additional training whenever required.
  • Support in the improvement of Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Ops processes.
  • Support in the improvement of the workflow of the T&Q tools

  • Student in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience within the banking or financial services industry, with particular focus on Customer Support processes and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Banking industry and financial services.
  • Understanding of training methods and training content creation.
  • Very good English and German written and verbal language skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Hands on and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, concise, and open communication.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and foster understanding among different stakeholders.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Berlin für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
