Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is part-time of 15h/week.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• You support the team in the digitalization of processes and tools
• You work proactively on the design and maintenance of our SharePoint
• You influence the preparation and visualization of data and information in presentations and digital dashboards
• You ensure quality and data integrity of our documents and data demonstrating together with us in an accurate and conscientious way of working
• Together with us you will create media content in form of short videos and photos, and you design graphics
• You will help us to follow trends and adapt such viral trends for the company
• In various projects, you will have the opportunity to work independently with many internal stakeholders on an international level and gain in-depth insights into the individual areas of the company

Your Qualifications And Experience

• You are studying in the field of business administration, economics, (business) informatics or a related degree program
• You are available for a period of at least 12 months, preferably even longer term
• You are proficient working with the Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint) and the AI toolbox
• Ideally you are familiar with applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate and/ or MS Power BI or similar
• Experience and knowledge in working with Editing tools and apps such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere is a plus
• Ideally you already have experience in creating and revising technical documentation in German and English

• You bring full attention to detail and a fundamental desire for high-quality output are essential to working in governance
• You enjoy working self-motivated and independently, in a structured and responsible manner
• Your communication and teamwork skills are strong and evident in your proactive collaboration with the team
• You have a profound affinity for conscientious documentation, complex interrelationships, digitization and visualization
