Working Student (m/f/d)

for a limited time until 12/31/2027

Your tasks

  • You support the Commercial Excellence team in day-to-day operations by preparing meeting and workshop documentation, maintaining collaboration boards, and supporting administrative and organizational activities
  • You create and update visual materials such as process flowcharts, data architecture schematics, and other documentation to support process transparency and continuous improvement
  • You conduct research and gather information from CRM systems and Business Intelligence reporting tools to support analyses and fact-based decision-making
  • You support the company's digital backbone transition to SAP by maintaining business process requirements and ensuring related documentation is up to date and well structured
  • You assist with SAP-related testing and knowledge management activities by documenting test cases and results, preparing best-practice materials, and writing knowledge documentation

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Management, or a comparable field of study
  • You have an analytical mindset and are interested in business processes, digital transformation, and commercial excellence
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are a strong communicator, eager to develop in a dynamic international environment, and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ideally, you already bring initial experience with SAP, CRM systems, Business Intelligence tools, or process management
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and German language skills round out your profile
