Working student Works council (m/f/d)
IN SHORT
To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) for our works council at our Berlin location for a period of at least 6 months.
What Will You Do
- Administrative support for the Works Council (BR)
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of Works Council meetings and company-wide assemblies
- Drafting meeting minutes
- Assisting with correspondence and communication with internal and external parties
- Assisting with scheduling and monitoring appointments
- Acting as a substitute in the absence of the Works Council secretariat
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) majoring in economics (business administration, microeconomics), law, social pedagogy, or a comparable field.
- You are characterized by strong interpersonal skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Discretion and an awareness of confidentiality are required.
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written German rounds out your profile.
