In This Role, You’ll

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Walldorf and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated intern. Your role is crucial for smooth and successful planning of the visits at the Experience Center:

  • Schedule and orchestrate impactful visit experiences for customers, partners, universities, and internal teams at the SAP Experience Center.
  • Own stakeholder communication from start to finish, aligning expectations and ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
  • Lead the weekly coordination of our student team, creating a supportive, high-performing environment behind the Experience Center scenes.
  • Take initiative to identify and run potential projects that shape the future of how we plan and engage with visitors at the Experience Center

What You Bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (German and English).

  • Ideally, you already have some practical experience, for example, through internships or student work roles.

We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Walldorf. It is mandatory that you are enrolled at a university during the internship.
