Started as a small breakfast, Bits & Pretzels developed to one of the world’s leading startup conferences, welcoming speakers like Barack & Michelle Obama, Richard Branson or Jessica Alba. Two days of conference are combined with our legendary (liquid) networking at Oktoberfest. Despite the growth of the past years we have retained the founders mindset: We observe closely, analyze deeply, act fast – and never forget the fun. Our goal is to empower founders shaping the future in Europe.

  • Support in the planning, organization and implementation of Bits & Pretzels 2026

  • Support in ensuring customer satisfaction across all our stakeholders

  • Support in the further development of Bits & Pretzels

  • Post-event evaluation


Qualifikation

Enrolled student and first experiences in the business world (working student, internships, etc.)

Natural curiosity for entrepreneurship

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
