Master’s Thesis (m/f/d) in the Field of Process Mining
As part of a master’s thesis (m/f/d), we offer the opportunity to address current issues in the field of process mining within an international corporate environment. For this, we are looking for a highly motivated master’s student with an interest in data-driven process improvements.
Process mining drives business transformation by converting complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling process transparency, efficiency gains, and sustainable business value.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and testing machine learning approaches to derive insights and predictions from process data
- Researching, implementing, and comparing suitable methods from the fields of machine learning, process mining, and predictive analytics
- Evaluating and validating the developed approaches in terms of their significance and practical applicability
- (Optional) Building a prototype application to put the predictive model into practice
What you will bring

- A degree program (not yet completed) in field Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- An interest in data analysis, machine learning, and the optimization of business processes
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- A structured and meticulous approach to work
- Good written and spoken English skills
