We design curated delegations, cross-border programmes, founder communities, and events that help people discover new markets, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities together.

Our work takes us from startup offices and pitch stages to founder dinners, community events, and probably far too many group chats. 😂

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time, remote Social Media Marketing Intern to help bring our stories, programmes, events, and community to life online.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter. One day you might be writing a founder story, the next creating a short video, planning an event campaign, or discovering a trend we should absolutely be using.

What you’ll do

• Create and adapt content for social media, including text, visuals, and short videos
• Help plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple platforms
• Support campaigns for our events, programmes, and startup community
• Engage with our online audience and help grow the community
• Research trends, formats, and creative ideas
• Monitor basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Help maintain a consistent and recognisable Puzzled.inno voice
• Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and support wider marketing projects

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, startups, and innovation
• Experience creating social media content
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter
• A creative mindset and willingness to experiment
• Someone organised, curious, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Currently studying marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Additional languages are a big plus 🌏

You don’t need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, brings ideas to the table, and is excited to grow with an international team.
