YOUR MISSION:

  • Involvement in the preparation and execution of Internal Audit activities; assist in performing follow-up audits
  • Monitoring the implementation status of action plans by coordinating with the Internal Audit team members and auditees
  • Carry on PUMA’s Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program regarding documentation, assessment, and KPI reporting
  • Assist in data analytics during audit preparation and fieldwork activities
  • Facilitate the continuous enhancement of PUMA’s Internal Audit processes (e.g., automatization, digitalization), framework and methodologies (e.g., Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Templates)
  • Contribute to cross-functional/departmental projects and special topics (e.g., Internal Control, Enterprise Risk).

YOUR TALENT:

  • Student enrolled at a university in Germany in a relevant field of studies (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Management)
  • First work experience in auditing or management consulting firms
  • Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and hands-on mentality, independent working method with a good personal initiative
  • Spoken languages English and German; further languages are a definitive benefit
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SAP
  • Starting date: ideally Dec 1, duration: min. 6 months with an option to extend.
