We are looking for a Working Student to help us with partner sales covering the DACH market. This would be a hybrid role coming to our Berlin HQ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Take end-to-end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner - from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
  • Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with our Partner Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role is an advantage but not essential as we will offer training and support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
  • German and English fluency to a business level, additional European languages (particularly French) would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Berlin based ideally - hybrid work model in place

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
