Your mission

You will work with visual datasets, mainly on aerospace domain. Your trained model will be deployed in hundreds / thousands of deployed constrained devices in the sky and space.

Your mission

• Configuration and ongoing development of our HRIS, including updates and data maintenance
• Employer branding: creating and managing social media content to strengthen our employer brand
• Support with contract-related work, e.g. drafting, reviewing and managing employment contracts and related documents
• Contributing to HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in an HR environment, e.g. through an internship or a working student role
• Trustworthy and diligent when handling confidential and sensitive data
• A feel for balancing data (systems, metrics, HRIS) and psychology (people, communication, empathy)
• Flexibility and agility to work confidently in an international environment
• Strong IT affinity and excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured and hands-on way of working
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
