We are now looking for a Working Student to support our HR Business Partner team in Germany and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international HR environment.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day business operations and people-related initiatives
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding
- Prepare documentation required for Works Council consultations and hearings, such as working time changes, local re-gradings, and organizational changes
- Coordinate and submit personnel actions to HR Operations while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
- Analyze and prepare HR data, reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making
- Maintain and validate HR data quality and support data governance activities
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and stakeholder updates
- Act as an interface between the local Employer Branding team and the business by coordinating talent attraction activities and gathering business insights
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Human Resources processes and principles, with a strong interest in HR Business Partnering and people management topics
- Understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and the importance of handling confidential information, basic knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-paced international environment
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks as well as good communication skills with stakeholders at different levels
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
