Founders Associate – Commercial Operations (Internship)

We're building MIRA, the AI-powered platform for specialist eyecare.

Mirantus connects local screening locations with specialist ophthalmologists, making high-quality eyecare more accessible across Europe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Founders Associate – Commercial Operations (Internship) to work closely with our CCO and commercial team on the initiatives that drive customer success, rollout, and growth.

This is not a traditional internship. You will take on real responsibility from day one, own workstreams independently, and work directly on the topics that shape how we acquire, launch, and grow our customers.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the CCO on high-priority commercial and operational initiatives
• Own workstreams across customer onboarding, rollout, and ongoing account development
• Support the launch of new customers and locations, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Help drive customer satisfaction by identifying issues, gathering feedback, and turning insights into concrete improvements
• Support sales initiatives, from prospect research and preparation to customer meetings and follow-up
• Analyze customer performance, rollout progress, and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities for growth
• Improve processes across sales, onboarding, customer success, and commercial operations
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Medicine to solve customer challenges and move projects forward
• Step into new topics quickly and take ownership wherever the commercial organization needs support

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic track record
• First experience in startups, consulting, sales, customer success, business development, operations, or another fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• High agency and a strong sense of ownership — you take responsibility and push topics forward independently
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable combining analytical work with hands-on execution
• Customer-oriented mindset and a strong interest in understanding what drives satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing priorities
• Fluent German and proficient English
