Tasks

Are you interested in exciting projects and want to gain real insights into the area of Learning & Development? With us you can expect:

• Gaining practical skills with a focus on strategic projects that you want to drive forward and develop further
• Participation in Workshops that you can help design and organize
• Support with day-to-day operational tasks
• Design of communication materials
• Help with a wide range of topics, including process evaluations and program developments
• Close cooperation with our personnel officers
• Freedom to design and implement your own innovative and creative ideas and projects

Requirements

In order to complete an internship with us, you must be at least in your 5th Bachelor's semester, in your Master's program (current certificate of enrollment and a written mandatory internship certificate must be enclosed with the application) or in your Gap Year at the time of the internship.

• You preferably have initial practical experience in the field of HR or valuable experience from other internships or part-time jobs
• You are characterized by organizational talent, a structured and independent way of working and quick comprehension
• You enjoy creating things thanks to your enthusiasm and innovative thinking
• Reliability, commitment and the ability to learn round off your personality
• You are confident in the use of MS Office products
• You have a very good command of English and German
• Enthusiasm for the topics in the people area
