Play an active role in shaping the development of future leaders at an international corporation. At Lufthansa, you’ll gain exciting insights into strategic HR topics, work closely with experts, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the areas of executive development, talent management, and leadership excellence.
Tasks
You'll become part of a dedicated team and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including:
- Participation in workshops, events, and internal training sessions
- Gain practical experience in research, analysis, and the preparation and interpretation of HR-related data to support strategic decision-making
- Gain insights into the strategic support, development, and management of senior executives within the organization
- Assist in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of key HR processes, including performance reviews, potential assessments, and succession planning activities
- Contribute to the development of career advancement and succession planning concepts, including the creation of guidelines, presentations, and other supporting materials
- Support executive assessment initiatives and contribute to the evaluation and development of leadership talent

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
- You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written certificate of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Enthusiasm for strategic HR topics and collaborating with executives
- High level of initiative and a structured, independent work style
- Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with diverse personalities
- Very good written and spoken German and English

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
