Job Description
- Preparing and structuring existing data
- Transferring data into a new Excel database
- Reviewing archived/legacy documents
- Ensuring a consistent data structure
- Using internal company AI tools
- Collaborating with specialist departments
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured and careful way of working
- Understanding of data and processes
- Good English skills
- Good German skills
- Insights into industrial processes
- Participation in a clearly defined project
- Personal support from specialist departments
- Flexible working hours by arrangement
- Location: Illertissen Start: By arrangement Duration: Fixed-term, 3–6 months

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Tech in Illertissen für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
