Scope of duties
- The Medical Education Team at the CIHLMU is looking for a motivated and reliable Student Assistant (m/f/d) to support our ongoing projects and daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of global health, within an international and dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of projects
- Helping with data entry, presentations and statistics
- Supporting our Student Exchange Programs and related activities
- Supporting the team with social media activities, including LinkedIn and Instagram
Our requirements
- You are enrolled as a student at a German university (required)
- You have a strong interest in Global Health topics
- You are organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- You are confident in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Very good English skills (spoken and written) and good German skills
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Moodle) and/or digital collaboration tools (Zoom) is considered an advantage
