YOUR TASKS

  • Supporting order management in international sales
  • Prepare and track quotations
  • Support with order entry and invoice tracking
  • Preparation of packing lists and other logistics documents
  • Communication with customers, logistics and customs
  • Scheduling and tracking

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in using SAP is an advantage
  • Communicative and open personality and enjoy working in teams
