Location: Bellheim | approx. 60:40 remote | 20 hours/week

We’re looking for a working student for the Kardex Academy who wants to do more than just watch—who wants to really help shape the future.

You’ll work with us on Training content combined with AI tools, in a flexible and modern environment—including a 60:40 remote work arrangement, so your studies and practical experience can fit together seamlessly.

Aufgaben

This role is critical in creating, localizing, and releasing high-quality training content tailored for Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will leverage video editing tools as well as advanced AI Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech capabilities, to transform the way training content is delivered globally.

• Content Creation: Design, script, and produce high-quality educational videos for diverse training needs.
• Process descriptions: Break down complex workflows into clear, logically structured individual steps.
• Localization: Create and release multilingual content using localization tools and AI-driven solutions to adapt videos to different languages and cultural contexts.
• Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech: Leverage advanced Speech-to-Text engines to transcribe content and Text-to-Speech tools to generate high-quality audio in multiple languages.
• Video Editing: Edit and refine videos using tools like Camtasia to ensure clarity, professionalism, and engagement.
• Project Management: Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Profile:

• Currently in university for Master or Bachelor, preferred in instructional design, media design, video development or engineering.
• Fluent in English, desired German, other languages are a plus
• Desired experience/knowledge of Learning Design/ adult learning principles & project management experience
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to present technical information on both a technical level and a business level including essential understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
• Proficient in the use of MS365
• Proven experience in video production and editing skills, for example in: Camtasia, Adobe Ae, Pr, Ps, Davinci Resolve.
