Here Is What The Job Entails
As our Student Worker, you will support our German sales team in their daily operations while also assisting colleagues in Internal Sales with administrative and coordination tasks. Moreover, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, supporting a variety of commercial activities ranging from market analysis and event coordination to customer and contract administration.
More specifically, you will be:
- Maintaining website content for the German market (contact and product pages) via our internal service portal
- Supporting marketing activities, e.g. promotional items and clothing, as well as the preparation of trade fairs and customer events
- Supporting market studies, including working with market, tender, and customer analysis
- Uploading existing subscription contracts into our Contract Lifecycle Management system (CLM) and maintaining customer and contract data
- Supporting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating appointments, maintaining the DACH group calendar, and handling office orders
In this role, you will gain valuable experience in an international business environment, where you will work with a variety of different commercial and administrative tasks. Moreover, you will be collaborating with experienced and supportive colleagues, giving you the opportunity to develop practical business skills and develop a professional network in an international company.
Meet your future team
With a direct reference to Country Manager - DACH, you will become a part of our German department, consisting of 30 colleagues. We are a diverse team who is responsible for sales, project execution, and customer support for municipal utilities, energy suppliers, and housing organizations, supporting the implementation and operation of intelligent metering solutions for water, heat/cooling, and electricity. You will experience a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key to the team’s success. Moreover, our flat hierarchy allows for great impact and shorter decision-making paths.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive student who is eager to gain experience in a commercial environment. Previous professional experience is not a requirement, but first experience from internships, vocational training or a side job is welcome. Most importantly, you are eager to learn in collaboration with your colleagues.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Are currently studying business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or similar
- Have a structured and reliable working approach
- Are a confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have the willingness to learn our internal systems
- Possess good communication skills
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
