Insta360 | Unterschleisseim, Germany

Help bring Insta360 to life across the UK. Based in Munich, you’ll support events, regional marketing campaigns and business development activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, take responsibility and contribute to the growth of a regional market—even while studying.

What you’ll do

  • Help plan and deliver trade shows, consumer events, retail activations and partner events across the UK.
  • Coordinate event logistics, product samples, marketing materials and on-site support.
  • Support broader regional marketing and CMKT initiatives, from campaign preparation to local execution.
  • Help align marketing and sales activities with local distributors, coordinating plans, timelines, materials and follow-up actions.
  • Research UK market trends, relevant events and potential brand, retail and community partnerships.
  • Support business development with partner research, presentation preparation and follow-up coordination.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies and local partners to keep projects on track.
  • Track results and feedback, and suggest ways to improve future activities.
  • Gradually take ownership of projects that contribute to the UK market’s growth.

What you’ll bring

  • Current enrolment at a university, ideally in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • An interest in event marketing, consumer technology, content creation or brand experiences.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks.
  • Confidence communicating with different teams and external partners.
  • Strong written and spoken English; German will be appreciated, familiarity with the UK market and culture would be an advantage. Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Availability to work from Munich and willingness to travel occasionally to the UK.
  • Previous experience in marketing, events, retail or student organisations is welcome, but not essential.

What you can expect

  • Practical experience across events, marketing, distributor coordination and business development.
  • Close guidance and mentorship from the Regional Field Marketing Manager for Western Europe.
  • Meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop ownership across a regional market.
  • Exposure to international teams, partners and projects.
  • Space to bring ideas, build your skills and grow through hands-on experience.

Working arrangements

Based in Unterschleisseim, with occasional travel to the UK depending on project needs. Working hours during the semester will follow applicable working-student requirements, with the possibility of full-time work during semester breaks, subject to applicable rules and mutual agreement.

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to stay with us for more than one year.
