Key responsibilities in your new role
- Take responsibility: Act as a central coordinator by consolidating input from various teams within the Microcontroller Division and adjacent organizations on marketing, content creation, and tradeshow activities
- Be creative: Support the development of marketing collaterals such as product brochures, visual materials, newsletter content, and social media posts to strengthen our brand presence
- Drive collaboration: Contribute to the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, training events, and workshops, ensuring seamless coordination among internal stakeholders
- Shape the future: Analyze and summarize different marketing and communication topics and prepare clear, structured presentations to support decision-making
- Inform your colleagues: Manage and maintain the content of internal webpages, ensuring that information is up to date and easily accessible across the organization
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Study field: You are currently studying marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field with excellent grades
- Skills: You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially presentations with PowerPoint and Excel, as well as an eye for design and a flair for copywriting. Besides, you are proficient in data analysis
- Way of working: You have a highly structured, analytical, and result-oriented thinking as well as an agile and proactive working style with great communication skills
- Experience: You already have some relevant working experience in marketing and communications fields; experience with digital marketing tools and graphic design is a plus, as well as experience in event management and organization fields
- Interests: You have strong interest in the automotive industry and relevant innovative technologies. You enjoy working in an intercultural working environment
- Mindset: You are confident in using AI tools effectively and responsibly, and bring an innovative spirit with curiosity to explore new ideas and ways of working
- Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Werkstudierende dürfen während des Semesters bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten, in den Semesterferien Vollzeit. Wer das einhält, behält den Studierendenstatus und die Werkstudentenvorteile.

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
