Working Student for Corporate HR Communications (M/F/D)

To start shortly, we are currently seeking an

WORKING STUDENT FOR CORPORATE HR COMMUNIKATION (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

• Creative Support for HR Marketing & Employer Branding: Contributing innovative design concepts and creative ideas to HR marketing, employee engagement, and employer branding projects while supporting the implementation of ongoing initiatives.
• Visual Design & Creative Development: Designing engaging visual assets for HR communication and employer branding initiatives, including posters, presentations, flyers, videos, social media content, digital graphics, and promotional materials while ensuring a consistent corporate brand identity.
• Content Creation & Multimedia Communication: Supporting the development of communication materials for internal and external audiences, such as intranet articles, corporate communications, website content, and employer branding campaigns with a strong visual storytelling approach.
• Event Branding & Communication Support: Supporting the planning and execution of HR-related events by creating event communication materials, visual concepts, presentations, and other branding elements for company events.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in Marketing, Media Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• You have a creative mindset and enjoy developing innovative visual concepts and communication materials. You are passionate about design, branding, and visual storytelling, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• You enjoy working collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds and contribute proactively to team projects.
• You have gained first experience in graphic design and visual communication and are ideally proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) as well as Microsoft 365 applications.
• You are able to demonstrate excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken.
