Global Risk Assessment Services (GRAS) is an innovative service and information provider offering environmental and social knowledge for fully traceable and sustainable supply chains. GRAS helps agricultural producers, processors, traders, auditors, brand owners, NGOs, and investors to assess and monitor their sustainability risks. GRAS offers mapping and tracking tools, mobile apps, dashboards and databases for the verification of compliance with sustainability requirements and improvement measures.

If you are passionate about sustainability and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference, we are looking forward to welcoming you as Working Student focused on Marketing and Content as part of our Technology Projects Team at the GRAS head office in Cologne.


You will be responsible for the following activities:


  • You will assist the marketing team in creating and editing content for social media, newsletters, presentations and other communication channels
  • You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach activities. You will support basic visual design and short‑form video creation
  • You will conduct desk research on sustainability topics, regulations, and market trends to support accurate and relevant messaging
  • You will help create PowerPoint presentations, following branding guidelines and ensuring high-quality visuals


Your profile:


  • Enrolled student with an availability of at least one year (preferably longer) in Communication Studies, Marketing, Media Design, or another related field
  • Available for 16-20 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (at least C1 level), additional languages are an advantage
  • Confident using Canva or similar design tools
  • General IT proficiency, especially in MS Office
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude, willing to contribute to marketing strategies and creative projects
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental topics, or regulatory developments
  • Basic understanding of or interest in digital marketing or social media analytics
  • Interest in learning about B2B SaaS or sustainability software products

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
