Your new job includes

You will support the Corporate Legal & Compliance Team in the selection, implementation, and continuous development of Legal Operations initiatives, as well as in assessing legal matters. In particular, you will: 

• support the introduction and further development of modern Legal Tech and Legal Operations solutions, actively contributing to the digital transformation of a global legal department 
• support the project team in the planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities, including independently coordinating specific workstreams, gathering business requirements, and analyzing, visualizing, and optimizing processes 
• identify workflows, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled use cases, and contribute to their implementation 
• create, structure, and continuously develop legal templates, playbooks, and knowledge management resources 
• conduct legal research, present findings in a clear and practical manner, and prepare decision-making materials for stakeholders and management  

Preferred Profile

• (Ideally) advanced studies in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field
• Passion for Legal Tech, digital legal transformation, and process optimization 
• Strong (project) organization and communication skills 
• A structured and analytical approach to legal matters, particularly in the area of contract law 
• A structured and self-driven way of working [or: high degree of initiative and the ability to work as part of a team 
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills 
• Interest in geopolitical contexts that have an impact on the travel of different nationalities/countries
