Your Mission

Join HOERBIGER and gain hands-on experience in live M&A transactions and strategic corporate

business development projects. You will support the full acquisition process, from market

screening and financial modelling to due diligence and management presentations. Working

closely with experienced professionals, you will contribute to decisions that shape the future of an

international technology group.

How you make a difference

• Assess opportunities: You evaluate acquisition targets and strategic investments.
• Analyse markets: You conduct industry, competitor, and company research.
• Build valuations: You support financial models and business cases.
• Enable decisions: You prepare presentations for senior management and the Executive

Board.

• Support transactions: You contribute to due diligence and coordinate with internal

teams and external advisors.

What you should be good at

• Education: You are completing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in finance,

management, engineering, or a related field.

• Analytical skills: You solve complex problems with structure, accuracy, and commercial

judgement.

• M&A interest: You are passionate about corporate finance, strategy, and industrial

technology.

• Collaboration: You communicate clearly, take ownership, and enjoy working with diverse

stakeholders.

• Tools and languages: You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or eager to develop

these skills quickly), fluent in English, and have professional German language skills.
