Task & Responsabilities

• You reconcile customer accounts and ensure that invoices and incoming payments are correctly allocated. In this context, you communicate with customers and collection agencies.
• You support the optimization and further development of the dunning and collection process.
• You record and review incoming supplier invoices in Navision.
• You prepare VAT reports and relevant documentation for our tax advisors.
• You support the further development and optimization of our accounting and controlling processes

Role requirements

• You are currently studying Finance, Accounting or Controlling, or you have completed relevant vocational training.
• You ideally have some initial practical experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner.
• You handle confidential information responsibly.
• You ideally have experience using accounting software.
• You have good knowledge of MS Excel.
• You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
