Tasks
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Data team, you help us build and maintain high-quality company data for the e-commerce market:
- Research financial information on online retailers from annual reports, balance sheets and other public sources
- Systematically collect and validate financial KPIs such as revenue data
- Analyze company figures and help model revenue estimates
- Research market and economic topics for our analysts
- Help improve our research processes and product
Requirements
- Enrolled in a German university, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Structured, precise way of working and a good eye for data quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with annual reports, balance sheets, and financial terminology is a plus
- First programming experience(e.g., Excel VBA, Python, SQL) are a plus
- 15 - 17.5 hours per week, for at least 12 months
- Located in Hamburg: one day per week in the office isrequired, the rest can be done remotely
