Position Overview

The Working Student Service Integration supports the management and enhancement of the operational ITSM processes (incident-, problem-, request-, change-, configuration-, knowledge management, etc.). The goal is to deliver stable and performant IT services on a global level, and to utilize AI for improving and automating processes to save time and costs.

What You Will Do

  • Know, align, and support the optimization of the operational ITSM processes (including how they are implemented in the ITSM platform ServiceNow), based on the IT operating model and in alignment with the Service Owner Service Integration and the respective process owners.
  • Monitor tickets, SLAs and KPIs. Propose and align measures for improvement.
  • Support and train the organization in the ITSM processes and reports and how they are executed.
  • Perform the day-to-day operational and managerial tasks required by the process activities in alignment with the respective process owners.
  • Review and update documentations. Check if the needed knowledge articles for IT and end users are in place. Drive the creation of missing articles.
  • Review data stored in the ITSM platform. Identify quality gaps. Propose and drive measures.
  • Engage with providers on operational issues. Align with them on improvement ideas and concepts. Monitor, drive and review implementations

What we require

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in purpose, functionality and management of ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Intercultural competency
  • Structured working mode and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work 20 hours per week and be in the office one day per week
