The global HR Group Functions Data & Systems department supports the company with state-of-the-art digital solutions to manage the employee lifecycle based on HR data. To realize this vision, the Data & Systems team ensures the absolute data accuracy of our global population of more than fifteen thousand people in over 70 countries. This internship will give you the opportunity to work with the team in Bonn, as well as colleagues in the Czech Republic, India, the Netherlands, and Costa Rica, broadening your global perspective.
Your tasks
- They support data and system tasks and analyze personal data in order to drive digitization in Germany.
- They propose innovative ways to optimize the quality of personal data and develop methods for sustainable data management processes.
Your profile
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, finance or a comparable course of study with a focus on data analysis (enrollment required)
- Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (indispensable)
- PowerBI Advanced (desired)
- Data Analytics Skills (desired)
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), knowledge of English is an advantage
- Team player, very good analytical, organizational and communication skills, reliable, ability to handle sensitive confidential data
