Your mission

What does ClearOps do and why is what we do so important?

At ClearOps, we keep the world of machinery moving by connecting supply chains and harnessing the power of data in an unprecedented way. We believe that the flow of goods depends on the flow of data. That’s why we connect thousands of machine manufacturers, distributors, and machines on our platform. By centralizing customer service, we ensure spare parts and services are available when and where they’re needed. The result? Ever moving trucks, tractors, fork lifts, cars and more!

As our Working Student Finance, you'll be the first hire alongside our Head of Finance - stepping into a newly created role with direct, hands-on exposure to how a growing SaaS company builds its finance function from the ground up. You'll support the full range of recurring finance processes: preparing invoices and payments, supporting our monthly closing, and helping keep our financial data accurate and organized.

You'll work in close, day-to-day collaboration with our finance leader - with direct visibility into the financial decisions and processes that shape the entire business. It's a rare opportunity to see, up close, how financial discipline gets built at a scaling company, right from where those decisions happen.

AI is becoming a bigger part of how we work. As we bring more AI capabilities into our finance processes, you'll be exposed early to exploring and testing new approaches - helping shape how ClearOps's finance function works today and how it evolves next.

You'll start with close guidance and structured feedback on everything you prepare - payments, invoices, account coding - while you get familiar with how we work. As you build a track record, we'll hand over more ownership and independence, at a pace that matches your growth.
