Today cargovibe runs in production with first paying fleet customers and is used by drivers every single day. We've earned our first industry awards and recently secured funding from unicorn founders and logistics executive operators. Now we’re entering the next phase - and we’re looking for someone to build it with us.

🧠 About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders and get a front-row seat to building a startup.

This is not a typical internship. You’ll take ownership of projects and drive them independently.

Your scope can range from Sales and Business Development to strategic projects - and also things you identify yourself and push forward with us.

⚡️ What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders on high-impact topics
• Support and drive Business Development & Sales
• Work on strategic projects (GTM, partnerships, expansion)
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution improving Customer Success
• Test new approaches and build new initiatives using automation tools
• Collaborate across Product, Tech, and Operations
• Jump in wherever you can create the most impact

🛠 What You Bring

• First experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, consulting, internships, or own projects) is a plus
• Experience using AI tools or automations (e.g. GPT, workflows, no-code tools) is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset and hands-on attitude
• Good communication skills
• Structured but pragmatic way of working
• Very good German and good English
