Job Description

• During your assignment, you will facilitate the setup of our new innovation and trend management landscape by implementing the respective software platform and structured processes throughout our business units.
• You will support the testing and deployment of AI solutions within R&D processes, collaborating closely with various Bosch entities to drive speed and efficiency.
• Furthermore, you will serve as an integral team member and valued point of contact for training materials, while helping define and disseminate standards both internally and externally.
• Additionally, you will contribute your creativity to designing and updating our internal website and Docupedia documentation.
• Finally, you will grow personally and professionally with dedicated mentoring, constructive feedback, and continuous support from your advisor to maximize your Rexroth experience.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Innovation Management or comparable with good grades
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at exploring emerging trends with genuine curiosity and actively turning innovative ideas into impactful solutions
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
• Languages: fluent in English and very good in German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week (extension possible)
