We strive to be the most innovative and impactful Analytics and AI team in luxury retail, using data, machine learning and intelligent automation to shape highly personalised, predictive and seamless client experiences. You will contribute to intelligent solutions that connect data, business context and automation, including Agentic AI and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

What awaits you?

  • You will support the design, training and evaluation of AI and machine learning models, including emerging Agentic AI use cases.
  • Furthermore, you help identify opportunities where data, automation and AI can create measurable business value.
  • In addition, you contribute to end-to-end AI solutions, from data exploration and prototyping to evaluation and deployment support.
  • Moreover, you assist in visualising insights and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders across different business areas.
  • Additionally, you support collaboration with colleagues across AI, IT, Sales, Aftersales and Brand.
  • You also contribute to innovative projects that combine luxury client experience, commercial impact and cutting-edge AI technology.

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in a Master's programme with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, computer science, business analytics, engineering or technology management.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, ideally with experience in developing AI or machine learning solutions in an end-to-end manner.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation and practical AI applications.
  • Interest in Agentic AI, Large Language Models, automation frameworks or AI-assisted decision-making.
  • Passion for working with data, solving complex problems and translating insights into business impact.
  • Proactive, curious and structured mindset with confidence to challenge assumptions and explore new ideas.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Tech in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
