Working Student Global Brands Controlling (all genders)

Your Tasks

Join our Global Brands Controlling team and work at the heart of the NIVEA brand. You will support the development of global strategies and innovations while contributing to financially sound innovation pipelines and greater assortment efficiency.

• Develop standardized tools for business case-based decision-making using global KPIs
• Support the monthly NIVEA Post-Launch Reviews presented to the Executive Board
• Contribute to assortment complexity reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards
• Support process improvements and ad hoc analyses

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with above-average academic performance
• Enrolled at a university throughout the entire period of employment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, curious, and hands-on, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a get-things-done attitude and high level of engagement
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Copilot, think-cell, and Power BI is a plus
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
