Do you want to be part of an international team, leading global companies into the digital future and partake in the new technologies of tomorrow? As the Human Resources team of BCG Platinion, part of the Boston Consulting Group, we support around 400 employees in the DACH region.

We are looking for a working student Human Resources (all genders) as soon as possible, for 15-20 hours per week for our Cologne Office. We offer you the opportunity to learn about all HR processes of a renowned IT strategy consultancy and actively contribute to the development of our HR processes.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• You support the team with HR-related activities throughout the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• You independently take on tasks in day-to-day operations, such as preparing contract documents, references, and certificates
• You maintain and manage our HR databases and systems
• You actively shape the pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth start
• You work on exciting HR initiatives and assist the team in the conception and implementation phases of new projects

You can help us make a difference

• You are enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field
• You are proficient in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• You describe yourself as an open, friendly, and communicative person who enjoys working in a team. A professional demeanor is natural for you
• You are highly organized and work independently, meticulously, and reliably
• You learn quickly and can apply your knowledge effectively
