The Neckarsulm Customer Service Center is a benchmark operation and test center. Here, the internal vehicle fleet of AUDI AG Neckarsulm is maintained, demanding repair cases from the trade are analyzed and special vehicles are built and retrofitted.

The focus is on professional support and customer enthusiasm. What works here sets standards for service in the trade. Every customer contact counts: appointment booking, vehicle acceptance, transparency during repairs, parts availability and vehicle collection.

With AI and data analysis, we want to make these moments faster, more personal and more reliable. Your ideas will be tested directly in the Customer Service Center and can shape the service throughout Audi dealership. To do this, you will work closely with service consulting, workshop, parts service and IT and contribute directly to Audi's goal of "Consistently Customer".

Aufgaben

• You analyze all customer contacts from the appointment request to the vehicle handover.
• You find out where waiting times or system breaks occur and develop solutions against them
• You'll find AI use cases for intelligent scheduling, reliable completion forecasts, proactive status information, and automated job preparation
• You will analyze customer, order and vehicle data in order to identify service needs at an early stage and derive suitable offers
• You will develop solutions using Python or low-code tools as well as generative AI, and help the team get started with AI-supported work
• You will connect AI solutions to existing IT systems such as the dealer management system, SAP and Oracle APEX applications
• You will examine how augmented reality can be used in diagnostics, training or customer communication.

Qualifikation

• You are enrolled in a degree program in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
• You possess very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have strong knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and very good programming skills, with database knowledge being a plus
• You are familiar with methods such as Design Thinking or UX basics
• You bring initial experience with customers, for example from service, trade, or workshops
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate strong communication skills
• You will agree on your internship period in close alignment with the department.
