Beschreibung bereitgestellt von Artificient Mobility Intelligence GmbH
Location: Remote within Germany (Preferrably NRW: Düsseldorf / Aachen area but not required)
Start: Jan 2026
Language: German native speaker (or equivalent fluency) required
The Mission: We are introducing a new product to the world, and Germany is our battleground. We are looking for a German Native Speaker to join us as a Market Launch Intern. You won't just be maintaining an existing territory; you will be building one. Your voice will be the first thing the German market hears from us.
This is your chance to join a mobility B2B startup at a pivotal market entry moment, working directly with the founders on high-impact outreach, positioning, and real-world conversations with customers. It’s a hands-on role in the truest sense.
Tasks
Your Role in the Launch:
Direct Market Penetration (The Core Task): A successful launch requires noise. You will be on the front lines, spending 70% of your time on the phone contacting potential clients, pitching our value, and booking meetings.
Feedback Loop: Because you are speaking directly to customers every day, you will feed critical market reactions back to our product team.
Campaign Execution: You will take our marketing messages and deliver them personally to key decision-makers across the DACH region.
Your Challenge:
Be the Voice of the Brand: You will execute a high-volume outreach campaign, primarily contacting prospective clients via telephone to generate buzz and schedule demos.
Drive the Go-To-Market Strategy: You will bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You’ll take marketing leads and follow up with personal, direct engagement to convert interest into action.
Relationship Building: You will nurture relationships with early adopters, managing the pipeline from the first "Hello" on the phone to the final handshake (virtual or in-person).
Event & Digital Support: Assist in organizing webinars, local events, and online campaigns to support your outreach efforts.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Native German Level: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
Fearlessness: You are comfortable initiating conversations with strangers. You view the phone as a tool for opportunity, not an obstacle.
Resilience: You understand that launching a market requires persistence and high energy.
Benefits
What we offer:
A front-row seat to the launch of an award-winning AI mobility startup in the DACH region
Direct mentorship from founders and exposure to real customers and product strategy
High responsibility and ownership from day one
Flexible working hours and remote-first setup
Our team is split between Düsseldorf and Aachen: this role is remote, but we love the occasional strategy coffee in town
A small, international, no-BS team building something that matters
What this role really involves:
Let’s be upfront: this role is built around real customer conversations. You’ll spend a good part of your time on phone-based outreach, practicing the art of direct sales and market validation. This isn’t a support role; it’s a growth-track position.
Ready to be part of something real?
Send us your CV and a short note on why this role speaks to you.
Let’s build the future of mobility: one conversation at a time.
