We are currently looking for a Working Student – Organizational Resilience & People Services DE to join our People Services Team Germany. This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

About The Job

The People Services Team Germany is part of HR Operations / Human Resources and is responsible for delivering high-quality people services across the employee lifecycle. The team supports working students and interns in Germany, ensuring smooth and compliant HR administration, accurate data management, and efficient onboarding and personnel processes.

In this role, you will contribute to daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience across core People Services activities and special projects within a dynamic HR environment.

What You Do

  • Provide operational support for Working Students and Interns in Germany
  • Support employee lifecycle management and maintain the Master Data System (HCM)
  • Assist with personnel administration tasks and track onboarding-related documents
  • Support the People Services Team Germany in various HR processes and daily business activities
  • Maintain electronic personnel files
  • Contribute to special projects within the People Services team.

What You Bring

  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Initial practical experience in HR management is a plus
  • Strong interest in HR topics and affinity for HR IT tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP HCM and ADONIS is an advantage
  • Friendly and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
  • Independent, proactive, and structured working style
  • Team spirit, commitment, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
