YOU & AHEAD
At ahead, we are on a mission to clean up the world’s candy drawers. We make the snacks people actually crave: chocolate bars, protein bars, wafers, cookies, gummies and more, with up to 90% less sugar and no compromise on taste.
With more than 170 SKUs and ambitious growth plans across D2C, retail, Amazon and Europe, our Marketplace team makes sure our products are correctly listed, available to buy and moving smoothly from catalogue setup to customer order.
As our Marketplace Intern, you will support European marketplace operations, with Amazon as the main channel. You will work hands-on with listings, product data, orders, account issues and new marketplace launches.
Are you structured, detail-oriented and comfortable following a problem through to resolution? Do you want to learn how marketplace operations work in a growing consumer brand? Then we would love to hear from you!
YOUR TASKS
- Account & Order Management: Support Amazon and other marketplace accounts, handle support cases, follow up on account issues and help resolve invoice, shipment and order-related topics.
- Listings & Catalogue: Listing Media & Catalogue Health: Coordinate product images, A+ content and Brand Store updates with Design, manage parent-child variations and Vine enrolments, and run regular catalogue audits across Amazon and connected marketplaces.
- Product Data & Feeds: Maintain SKUs, EANs, product attributes and pricing data. Support product-data uploads across Amazon and Tradebyte and help troubleshoot feed or catalogue issues.
- Marketplace Expansion: Prepare product data, support listing setup and coordinate go-live activities for additional European marketplaces such as OTTO, Shop Apotheke or bol.com, depending on rollout priorities.
- Product Launches & Compliance: Maintain the product launch database, set up new SKUs in our order system and on Amazon ahead of each launch, and prepare and submit food compliance documentation such as certificates of analysis, allergen declarations and GPSR to marketplaces.
- Marketplace Operations & Process Improvement: Monitor stock availability, inbound shipments and best-before dates across marketplaces and coordinate with Operations on stock send-ins and shipment issues.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently studying toward or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Marketing, International Business, Business Informatics or a related field. You can commit to a full-time, six-month internship of 40 hours per week.
- You have first practical experience in e-commerce, marketplace or online-shop operations through an internship, student job, working-student role or substantive own project. You have worked with at least one shop or marketplace system and have some experience creating or maintaining product listings.
- You have a solid understanding of marketplace catalogue structures – SKUs, EANs, ASINs and variations – and are confident handling product data in flat files or CSV. You approach listing, order and stock issues analytically and resolve them with a high level of accuracy.
- You are detail-oriented, organised and reliable. You follow up, ask questions and flag issues early. You are comfortable with recurring operational tasks and coordinating with Operations, Quality and Design teams.
- You communicate fluently in English, German is a plus.
What Makes Your Profile Complete
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listings, support cases or order handling
- Experience with Tradebyte, TB.One or a similar marketplace integrator
- Experience with Shopify, OTTO, Shop Apotheke, bol.com or another marketplace or shop system
- Familiarity with product-data imports, Amazon flat files, parent-child variations or product-data mapping
