Creative Studio Intern (f/m/d)

What you will do:

We are looking for a Creative Studio Intern to join our Berlin-based team, supporting creative production, art direction, graphic design and all content creation outputs. You will play an active role in bringing our creative projects to life, from organizing shoots, coordinating models and styling, and preparing sets to supporting on-set production, visual research, and moodboards.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the creative fashion industry, with a strong visual eye, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on, doer mentality.

Work closely with our Creative Studio team to:

• Support creative research for art direction, including moodboards, visual references, and trend research.
• Assist with shoot pre-production, including scheduling, logistics, casting, location scouting, and styling and prop coordination.
• Take an active, hands-on role during shoots, supporting on-set production, set preparation, and day-to-day coordination.
• Help organize and archive creative assets, imagery, and references.
• Support our graphic designer with asset creation, adaptation, and organization across various brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with an experienced, dynamic creative team, bringing curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled as a student and looking for a 6-month compulsory internship as part of your university studies.
• Studies in Graphic Design, Brand or Creative Marketing or Communications.
• Strong digital understanding, a visual eye, good taste level and genuine interest in fashion, brand and image-making.
• Comfortable working both independently on research tasks and collaboratively on set.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Flexible and hands-on mentality, attention to detail, organizational skills, and fast and efficient work style.
• First knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Suite software.
• Language: Engllish I German not a must, but valid German working permit.
