Student Assistant Photo & Video*
in Bonn
The position is to be filled by 17.08.2026, with an initial contract duration of 1 year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. Mobile work within Germany is possible in agreement with your team. 100% mobile work is not possible. The position is remunerated with 15 Euro per hour.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of our photo and video database as well as our Brand Portal
- Researching photos and editing captions
- Communicating with external service providers and colleagues from our country offices
- General administrative tasks, responding to inquiries, and providing information
- You are currently enrolled at a university or college, ideally in a field related to marketing, graphic design, communication, media design, or a similar discipline.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience with photography, visual storytelling, videography
- You have excellent MS Office skills and have gained first-hand experience with photo databases and Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design programs.
- You can write short texts flawlessly and with stylistic confidence.
- You possess strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, reliability, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
