Working student for strategy consulting in life sciences sector (f/m/d)
Maximum 20 hours per week, starting on 15 September 2026, for a minimum of 6
months, based in our Munich office with presence in the office twice a week.

About your team
You will be part of Vintura’s Munich office: a close-knit, international team of
consultants working primarily on projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences
industry at European level. You will support exciting client projects as well as selected
internal initiatives to grow the German life sciences market. In addition, you may
work with colleagues across our European offices near Amsterdam (Utrecht) and
London. As our projects are staffed across offices, collaboration with international
colleagues will take place both virtually and in person where relevant.
About your role
• You support our consultants in delivering strategy consulting projects across
different parts of the pharmaceutical and life sciences value chain,
• You conduct structured research using public sources and synthesize insights
for project delivery and business development,
• You help build compelling storylines, visuals, and slide decks for internal and
client-facing work,
• You support selected internal initiatives, including knowledge development,
office operations, and market development for our German life sciences
activities.
Your profile
• You are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, ideally in life
sciences, engineering / technology, medicine, health economics, business, or a
related field,
• You live in the Munich area or are available to travel to Munich weekly,
• You are analytical, curious, and structured, with strong communication skills
and a people-oriented mindset,
• You are good at summarizing, synthesizing, and communicating complex
information clearly,
• You are committed, motivated, and enjoy taking responsibility,
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and businesslevel German, enabling you to work confidently with German-language
sources, stakeholders, and project materials.
