What will you be doing? In close collaboration with the global team, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and engage in a diverse range of strategic initiatives — from advisory projects for both corporates and startups to open innovation and acceleration programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Startup sourcing and qualification: identification of emerging technologies and bold, high-potential solutions to join the Starburst ecosystem
• Strategic analyses & market studies: sector trends, competitive landscape, market sizing, market entry strategies, and diversification opportunities
• Business model & innovation: assessment of innovation portfolios, definition of new business models, and analysis of product–market fit and value propositions for innovative solution
• Startup support: assistance in refining business plans, preparing for fundraising, and facilitating connections with potential clients, partners, and investors
• Open innovation projects: technology scouting, ad hoc studies, organization of selection committees, private pitch sessions, and other international events.
• From a well-ranked engineering or business school
• A futurist and familiar with the ecosystem of startups
• A team player but capable of working independently
• Fluent in English & German

2 recruitment rounds with members of the consulting team and the innovation team
