Our wind, solar and batteries business offers a unique opportunity to be in your element working to help harness the forces which will take us to fossil freedom.
BA Wind is responsible for the development, construction and operation of wind power onshore and offshore as well as other non-hydro renewable activities like solar and batteries. We manage the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability. We also perform the structuring and execution of project partnerships in accordance with overall wind strategy.
In BA Controlling we are the financial matter experts ensuring performance management, sound decision making and translating business performance of BA Wind by providing transparency of the portfolio, using our finance and system knowledge as well as our internal network influencing realization of BA Wind´s targets and strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should combine a structured and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Working Student P2P Governance, you will support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team in ensuring efficient and compliant procurement and finance processes. You will contribute to invoice management, process governance, user support and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be part of an international team of Commercial Administrators and P2P Governance specialists and will work closely with colleagues from Vattenfall Group functions, People & Culture, and the business.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities Include
- Provide first-line support for purchase requisitions and invoice handling
- Review, code and distribute invoices and credit notes
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for hospitality, gift and event-related expenses, ensuring compliance with Vattenfall's policies and guidelines
- Support the P2P global community & help organize local user trainings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the P2P process
- Follow up on invoices & P2P process adherence
- Provide ad hoc support to the Commercial Admin & P2P Governance team

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- You study Business administration, economics or similar, and are an enrolled student
- Your coordination and administrative skills are very good
- Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written. Command of German is a plus
- You are structured and possess a collaborative & proactive mindset
- You like to pay attention to details without losing the bigger picture
- You have good Excel skills and preferably first-hand experience with SAP

- Start of contract: as soon as possible
- Working hours: 15-20 hours a week; up to 37.5 hours a week during semester break
