Aufgaben

• Dokumentation von Berechtigungen zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen
• Anlegen neuer Mitarbeitenden in der FMS-Datenbank
• Vorbereiten und Pflege der Urlaubsplanungsdatei für die Werkslogistik
• Wöchentliche Auswertung der geplanten Anlagenbelegung als Planungsgrundlage für logistische Kapazitäten
• Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung von Betriebs- und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen im Bereich der Werkslogistik
• Abgleich von Bedarfen und Beständen in Produktionsversorgungsbereichen mit Hilfe von SAP
• Administrative Mitarbeit in einem KANBAN-Regelkreis zur Versorgung der Produktion mit Ansatzmaterial

Profil

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
• Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
• MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Deutschkenntnisse sehr gut
• Englischkenntnisse gut
• Erfahrungen in der Logistik wünschenswert
• SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
