As a Working Student in our Corporate Affairs team, you will support the planning, coordination and communication around internal and external events, trade fairs and corporate communication activities. You will contribute creatively and organisationally, helping us prepare high-quality materials, manage content and bring our communication activities to life.

Working Student Events & Communications (all genders)

Your future tasks:

  • Supporting the planning, organisation and execution of internal and external events.
  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation of trade fairs, industry events and stakeholder meetings.
  • Preparing briefings, background materials, presentations and event-related documents.
  • Creating and adapting content for LinkedIn, intranet, presentations and other stakeholder materials, including visuals, texts and videos.
  • Developing an understanding of Skyborn’s LinkedIn landscape and supporting the preparation of relevant social media content.
  • Producing and coordinating multimedia assets such as animations, maps, visuals and event documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Managing and maintaining a content library of photos, videos, design assets and communication materials for ongoing use across projects.
  • Providing general organisational and administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team


Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in Germany, ideally in communications, media, marketing, business administration or a comparable field.
  • You are studying in Bremen or the surrounding area and are able to work regularly on-site in our Bremen office.
  • You will remain enrolled at university for at least one year from your starting date; ideally, you are available for a longer period.
  • For international candidates: you hold a valid working student visa or work permit that allows you to work as a student in Germany.
  • You have a strong interest in event organisation, corporate communications and stakeholder communication.
  • You bring strong organisational skills, a creative mindset and ideally some experience or interest in graphic design.
  • You are confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You work in a structured, reliable and proactive way and enjoy supporting a team in a dynamic environment.
