Working Student Internal Communications - Shared Services (all genders)

Your Tasks

Gain hands-on experience in strategic internal communications and transformation within a modern, collaborative Shared Services team. Working closely with the Communications Manager for Shared Services Operations, you will take ownership of high-visibility formats, contribute your ideas and grow through clear guidance and close collaboration with an experienced team.

• Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for town halls, leadership meetings and team updates
• Turn complex content into clear, concise storylines
• Plan and coordinate internal events and cultural initiatives, such as our Country Fair
• Create content for internal communication channels and maintain SharePoint information
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent, professional look and feel
• Independently drive communication projects and high-visibility formats

Your Profile

• Enrolled student, ideally in Communications, Media, Economics or a related field
• Strong PowerPoint skills and an interest in visual communication
• SharePoint experience is a plus
• Organized, structured and reliable
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently
• Good German and English communication skills
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
