Your Tasks
Gain hands-on experience in strategic internal communications and transformation within a modern, collaborative Shared Services team. Working closely with the Communications Manager for Shared Services Operations, you will take ownership of high-visibility formats, contribute your ideas and grow through clear guidance and close collaboration with an experienced team.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for town halls, leadership meetings and team updates
- Turn complex content into clear, concise storylines
- Plan and coordinate internal events and cultural initiatives, such as our Country Fair
- Create content for internal communication channels and maintain SharePoint information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent, professional look and feel
- Independently drive communication projects and high-visibility formats
Your Profile
- Enrolled student, ideally in Communications, Media, Economics or a related field
- Strong PowerPoint skills and an interest in visual communication
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- Organized, structured and reliable
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently
- Good German and English communication skills
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
